We will make every effort
to send your order complete and in one box, however part of your order
may be delayed due to item availability.
All orders are shipped from
Virginia so allow additional transit times to other parts of the country.
Virginia laws require that
VA sales tax be charged to all orders shipped to Virginia addresses.
Additional shipping Costs:
You can be charged an additional
shipping fee if we have to re-ship an item due to an address error.

to improve the quality and cost of shipping for both our customers. For
this reason, shipping rates and policies are subject to change without
notice. Your shipping and handling cost and any applicable taxes
will appear in your Shopping Cart totals page. The above rate chart
is based on a "Per Order" basis. If a backorder exists within an
order... You will be notified, via email, of the backorder. We will
hold the order to ship complete unless you require partial shipment of
filled quantities or items. Shipping/handling charges will be applied
to each shipment.
Shipping Holiday Delays:
On U.S. holidays order processing
and/or shipping may be slightly delayed. U.S. carriers do not ship or deliver
on the following holidays:
- New Year's Day
- Martin Luther King, Jr.
Day
- Presidents' Day
- Memorial Day
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Columbus Day
- Veterans Day
- Thanksgiving Day
Damaged or defective items:
If you receive a damaged
or defective item, we will promptly send you a replacement.
If the cause of the damage is due to improper handling by the delivery
carrier, a claim will need to be filed by you with that carrier.
A replacement order may be generated at your option. All standard
shipping/handling charges will be added for replacement shipments.
We reserve the right as to the final determination of the nature and cause
of the merchandise's damage and disposition.
Return Policy:
As a general rule.. All
sales final - No returns are allowed. If circumstances, beyond your
control, exist... we may make exceptions but solely at the discretion of
usalights.com If return is authorized, an "in-store" credit will
be issued (less a nominal restocking charge) to take off a future order.
You will be responsible for any shipping/packaging/handling costs associated
with the return shipment to us. Returns can and will only be made
once all original payment transactions have been cleared at our bank.
No cash or credit card refunds can be processed.
